Yes, good insights. The main point you touched on, in my view, is that history is not going to record that half of the US supports an intellectually and morally handycapped egocentrical baby for President (just to be unbiased). History must continue to project that a great Nation, therefore: its people are great and so are its Presidents. History is loosely based on cherry-picked facts in order to tell a story. If history were fact there would not be much of a story and then those in power lose a key tool to manipulate the masses: patriotism. The masses in the US are white and its story must make whites look good: voters and Presidents.
