Upto 110 IQ covers ‘freakishly dumb’ to ‘pretty dumb’ (broad strokes). That covers about 64% of the population. Of the remaining 36% about half of it is predatory of this ‘dumb’ 64% and the last 18% is divvied up between band-wagon jumpers and intelligen&ethical people, say 9% each. Coming to think of it, it is amazing that the West has been doing so well for so long to withstand dumb’s gravity. In the end the 9% cannot escape the never relenting pull of gravity of the combination of stupidity, predation and band-wagon jumpers.
