Mr. Elite, at the helm of both Dems and the Grand Old Fascist Party, doesn't want OS to be blamed, because OS will open the books on Mr. Elite and how he just followed Elite's directions.

In the mean time the Dems don't want get in Elite's black book. They are already walking a thin line: telling the people one thing whilst enriching their donors (Mr. Elite, yes mr. and white and rich) at the People's expense.
