Cruz is just one expression of what the Elite promotes to the voters. The people with little (money, education, critical thinking skills), the evangelists (forcing themselves to believe that they are holy) and the people who have a lot (power, money, education...but also no CT-skills) vote these creatures in, to the benefit of the Elite and its sycophants.
The Dems? They are just there to look a little softer than the GOP’s obscene fascism.
